President's Ponderings: July 2014
http://grangepresident.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Reflections, Observations, and Random Thoughts of the National Grange President/Master. Friday, July 4, 2014. It’s Independence Day! How many Americans will read, or even hear, the text of the Declaration of Independence today? How many prayers will be given in thanks that we live is such an exceptional and free country? How many discussions will be held on what this means to each of us? Tomorrow, take a moment before picking up the mantle of partisanship and look at what our Congress, our President, and...
President's Ponderings: Marching in Lockstep or Moving Forward Together
http://grangepresident.blogspot.com/2015/04/marching-in-lockstep-or-moving-forward.html
Reflections, Observations, and Random Thoughts of the National Grange President/Master. Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Marching in Lockstep or Moving Forward Together. One of the joys of Grange membership is seeing our members join together as one. Often unity is reserved for celebrations. When we gather to celebrate a member receiving a 25, 50, or even a 75-year membership award, the room is always filled with smiles and a few tears of joy, and the memories and good wishes wash over all present. I wonder wh...

Reflections, Observations, and Random Thoughts of the National Grange President/Master. Wednesday, July 10, 2013. It seems if you take a controversial position or stand, the thoughts, reflection, and discussions that went into that decision, become moot to some. If you dare disagree, then you’re ill-informed, wrong, or perhaps just stupid. Some controversy is due to complex issues which defy easy solutions and in some cases measurement. Just bring up the topic of climate change, changing the definition o...

Reflections, Observations, and Random Thoughts of the National Grange President/Master. Monday, March 25, 2013. We are also seeing dangerous traits in the America public: intolerance toward those who disagree by refusing to discuss the issue; smearing the name and reputation of those who oppose your ideas, beliefs, or actions; and a disregard for the rule of law. http://librarystitcer.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 25, 2010. Yesterday, Amy took me to visit the Boston Museum of Science and the Harry Potter Museum. Needless to say I was excited and a bit worried. I was excited because I am a fan of J. K. Rowling and the World of Magic that she has created. Maybe not as much of a fan as Amy but I rank high. Now i can't wait until the next movie to come out. I guess I will have to reread the books and rewatch the movies until then. Links to this post. Saturday, January 16, 2010. All that credit goes to ...

Thank go...I am ...
