Things family members/siblings can do to help the caregiver of an aging parent with dementia. Make sure one sibling does not have to handle the caregiver burden all by themselves. It’s a heavy load. You might be unable to be there on a daily basis but you can give them encouragement, appreciation, and offer relief for them on some sort of a regular. Your sibling, no matter what.
