Just Imagine the Good Neighbor. Sunday, May 17, 2015. A couple of weeks ago, I was privileged to attend Jenna's piano recital. She has only been taking lessons from her new teacher since January but she did a very impressive job. Way to go, Jenna. You sounded awesome. After dinner, Britton and Jenna, laughed themselves silly over a book published by the Blackfoot newspaper called "We Don't Make This Stuff Up, The Very Best of the Morning News Police Reports. Sunday, May 10, 2015. Happy Birthday, Mother!

Just Imagine the Good Neighbor. Sunday, June 29, 2014. The Rest of the Story. Grandpa and I got along famously with little Xander. That was my biggest concern of the trip so I was very happy that we bonded to well. He is such a cutie and I will miss him. He loves his "ba ba" and balls. He also loves pushing anything from stroller to boxes to chairs. With Steve around, we took a few more opportunities to walk on the beach and explore new horizons. On Thursday, we packed our lunch and snacks and headed sou...

Just Imagine the Good Neighbor. Monday, April 27, 2015. Walk In A Chinese Park. The last full day of our Chinese visit started out with breakfast at Elements and then a walk in the park. Actually there is a business park behind the restaurant with a big pond, black swans and beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed walking around while the kids ran around, exploring and attempting to feed the swans. The kids love riding the display bikes around the store. Steve and Britton got to try out the "Fat Boy" bike.

Sunday, May 18, 2014. It's That Time of the Year. When the soccer season is in full swing. Fortunately, I enjoy watching Jantzen's team play - they are an impressive bunch. It's amazing how the tempo of the game has increased as their skills have improved from year to year. We really like Jantzen's coach and appreciate his balanced approach to the sport (aka - he has a life outside of soccer - and so do the boys). I was too busy assisting with Field Day at the elementary school all morning to think about...

Saturday, April 26, 2014. Spelling Bee-cuz It's Fun! Anna was selected to represent her elementary school at a multi-district 4th Grade Spelling Bee this weekend. She's already asking when she can do it again.'bee-cuz' it was so fun. I sure enjoy listening to Brinley practice her violin. We woke up to this following Earth Day. A new cel...

Sunday, August 31, 2014. Hawaii - a dream come true! When our children turn 14 years old, they have the opportunity to take a special trip with Dad. I made photo books for Tanner and Aaron about their time together on the east coast two years ago, but no blog post was made - yet.). At the airport - bright and early. Due to various circumstances and a kind heart, Brinley allowed Tanner to join her and Aaron during their week in beautiful HAWAII! Brinley - catching a few zzz's at the airport. Although scho...

Sunday, April 26, 2015. Our kindergartener has turned the ripe old age of 6 years old! As the months and years clip along, Aaron and I can hardly believe the ages and stages of our children. They are all growing up so fast. It won't be long before they start 'leaving the nest'.but we won't talk about that. This stuffed elephant named "Peanut" became his instant side-kick and he introduced "Peanut" to anybody and everybody throughout the day. Bringing a birthday treat to school is optional (according to t...

Just Imagine the Good Neighbor. Sunday, July 27, 2014. Cam, Jess and Thomas gave their Mom a big hug goodbye as we dropped her off at the airport. We stopped by a store for me to get pajama bottoms and off we went to Firehouse Park. We had this fun playground all to ourselves for the next two hours. I was grateful for the cloudy skies or we wouldn't have lasted that long. The next day we started out with a summer movie complete with popcorn and sprite. That was a treat for them. Thursday morning we went ...

http://kristenandsteve.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Just Imagine the Good Neighbor. Wednesday, December 24, 2014. It Is Beginning To Look Like Christmas. The second week of December turned into "party central." I attended my Broker Network delicious catered dinner on Tuesday. That was followed by a bout with the 24-hr flu which kept Steve from leaving town for the week. We were back to normal in time for the weekend festivities. The Bishop and his counselor, Larry, hold pajama clad son and granddaughter. Here's the boss, Ryan and his wife Tammy. They ...
