Wednesday, April 25, 2012. What I wore: Mommy Style}. In the past week or so I have done 2 things that have helped me a lot. 1) I chopped my hair. SO much easier for me to take care of. 2) Invested in eyelash extensions.best decision ever. The illusion of make-up with NO effort. Tuesday, January 31, 2012. I didn't know whether to post this here or not but I decided it's my blog. I can post about what I want. Also, you may not want to read this if you don't want to hear about boobs, pus and other things that people can find offensive. The hubs took excellent care of me the first few days. I felt like I'd been beat with a baseball bat. Really. I'm sure that's what it would feel like. I thought this was only because I didn't take pain meds. 2) I was glad they actually checked it out.

Thursday, August 30, 2012. It's been a bit too long since my last 'update'. but let me explain. I'm pregnant with Baby #2. so therefore the last few months I have been in survival mode. Until a few days ago I was lucky to get off the couch and lucky not to throw up at least once a day. I am about 15 weeks along and yes - I will post a picture soon. Day in the Life of Me. Friday, July 1, 2011. Last night I was making my Dad's Famous Spaghetti Sauce. I decided to change it up by adding Jalapenos. It turned out bomb! Okay, so that sounded totally "seventh grade," but you'd be proud too if you just realized you beat the chef at his own game! Think I won this round dad! Dad's "Improved" Spaghetti Sauce. 1 Lb Ground Beef or Ground Turkey. 1 Sml Onion (Chopped). 2-3 Cloves Garlic (chopped). 1 Green Bell Pepper (Chopped). 2 Medium sized Carrots (shredded).

Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Let's Play Catch Up. For Halloween this year we stayed home and passed out candy. It was so strange because the streets were lined with families as opposed to previous years where we had only a few handfuls of trick-or-treaters at Jason's parents.
