I do agree with the quote by Duncan which I mentioned above. When I think about experiences from my past, I do see an opportunity to learn and grow from each experience. I get really tired of watching "macho" professional men duke it out on the field or court. Why is this macho? Why is fighting with your fists or physically pushing other people around macho?
