Here we go again, but not on our own. February 5, 2013. In November I formed a team of 9 teachers and we raised over $500! Even my grandma donated to us. Here we go again, but not on our own. Author Archives: Grant Welsh. Life’s a beach. February 16, 2013. So we stuck to the plan and had our last day another go-go-go day. We arranged a driver through the hotel for the day and he took us to Sanur which has sandy beaches and few waves. It is on the southeastern part of the island and was only 40 min from Ubud. We are flying back to HK through Bangkok and I really hope there are ferry tickets to Shekou. Chinese New Year is over right? February 15, 2013.

This was a very busy spot and it is famous for sunset as the temple has the sun behind it daily. It is actually located in the Indian Ocean and we got to stand in the waves! Here we go again, but not on our own. Monkeys, shopping and Balinese dancing. February 13, 2013. Tuesday we took it easy and just looked around Ubud, the town we are staying in. After breakfast in our room we headed out to meander our way to the “Sacred Monkey Forest” which is only a 15 min walk. Along the way are a multitude of shops to poke around in. Here we go again, but not on our own. It is Christmas time and we are spending it on the beaches in Phuket. We rented a house and are sharing with another great family the Souders.
