July 18, 2014. I admit this space has been neglected for the longest time, and it wasn’t as if I wasn’t aware. A guide to wine, for the broke and thirsty Montreal student. Monthly Archives: July 2014. Wine Review: NV, GreyStonePark, Bin 87, Australia, Red. July 22, 2014. This red wine has a beautiful, elegant, dark, purply-red hue to it. It is slightly syrupy in texture with a long finish and full body. It smells like black pepper, dried prunes, nutmeg, cloves, black currants, and freshly-chopped wood. I enjoyed this wine. I found it to be balanced, intriguing, and powerful but not overwhelming.
