The simple ads have a glass of beer with the Stella logo and the tagline "Perfection Has It's Price." What does that say to you? It says to me that this beer is perfect, but also expensive. What does a photo of a family riding bikes say to us? How does that help position Merrill Lynch in the mind of the consumer? The photo of the bull is a vague hint, but falls far short of saying anything meaningful. The subhead reads more like annoying tongue twister. Its just a mouthful!
