What kind of groups do you take? How far do we have to walk before we get on the mountains? We are 80 metres from the Coast to Coast footpath and many other access points to the mountains are only a very short walk away. Experienced fit walkers can do Helvellyn, Fairfield and the Langdale’s easily in a good day’s walk, without using transport. Many other peaks and dozens of lower level walks are very accessible.
