Having already completed 130 miles on the butchers bike back in September 2013, in aid of the Walk on Wales event, it was decided (over a beer or two) that the bike needed to get out again this year. The Guinness book of records, have been approached to see if anyone has cycled the route on a butchers bike. No reply to date. The plan is to cycle the distance in 13 days, sleeping outdoors and only entering buildings for food and charging of a tracking system (no cheating) and mobile telephone. Support teams are needed and many people have already offered their time to follow, participate along the route and also cycle on normal bicycles.
