We begin with USDA Choice eye of round. This is one of the leanest cuts of beef available. The meat is hand trimmed and sliced to ensure consistency and quality. The Cure and Seasonings. Our meat is then naturally cured and seasoned for a genuine jerky taste. Nothing artificial here! After curing for 24 hours, the meat is smoked to perfection with hickory in our own custom smoker. After finishing in the smoker, the jerky is weighed into one pound bags and vacuum sealed for absolute freshness.

Do you do other flavors of jerky? Not at this time. We feel like our current product is really good and we want to continue to focus on that. We d rather make one really good product than a dozen mediocre ones. Are there any other product lines in the works? That would be top secret, but we can say we are testing some finely smoked nuts. Do you have nutritional info for your jerky? Unfortunately, no. We can give out the ingredients of beef, salt, sugar, black pepper, and spices. Do you offer samples?
