There and Back Again, a Traveller's Tale. Saturday the 27th of September – Versailles. November 6, 2014. Mum got me up at around 8 and we went for a run. It was freezing and we ran 4.2kms! When we got back we packed up, drove into town and went to the local markets. It was so, so much fun! We bought heaps of stuff, mainly food. We got vegetables, fruit, chicken, bread, cheese and macaroons! We all felt very French. When we finally got in we started the tour through the Palace. It is so, so beautiful!

Oops We got driving towards Chateau de Chenonceau in the Loire Valley. We only stopped once for lunch at a service station. It was alright. We arrived at Chenonceau at around 2:30. It’s so pretty!
