The High Times of RBM. Thursday, October 22, 2009. Not bad for my first Elk Hunt. Here are some photos of my first elk hunt near Taos, NM. I shot him at 210 yards, he fell about 20 feet from where he was hit. It took five trips to get the meat out in backpacks, I walked nearly 50 miles with some help to complete the hunt.
