Patients’ Experiences Following Major Illness or Injury’. I have chosen this image as I feel it reflects the journey into the unknown that patients go through.). Reflections based upon my attendance at a day conference ‘Patients’ Experiences Following Major Illness or Injury’ on 24 March 2015. MINDFULNESS | musingsofmistressfiona
https://musingsofmistressfiona.wordpress.com/mindfulness
Mindfulness meditation is NOT about sitting on the floor in a position not suited to arthritic joints and chanting “ommmmm” for hours on end. Neither is it about emptying your mind.
