Not really a program. This little application changes the desktop pointer from the default arrow to a more friendly red one that looks a bit like the Amiga Workbench cursor. It also changes the hourglass to a stylish black and white spinning thing. You will need RISCOS 3.1 or above to run this. In fact, I don't know if they'll even work on RISCOS 3.5.

Pasta with Gorgonzola and Spring Onion. House of Plot Potato Salad. Double Coffee (serves 1). This coffee recipe is Ornamental and Not For Horticulture. Warning: Caffeine is a very addictive drug and in large doses can produce serious psychological reactions. The standard cup of coffee contains about 180mg of caffeine. This recipe is for coffee of double strength. That's 360mg. Some freeze-dried instant coffee granules. Begin heating the water (an electric kettle is ideal for this).

Pasta with Gorgonzola and Spring Onion. Pasta with Gorgonzola and Spring Onion. House of Plot Potato Salad. Pasta with Gorgonzola and Spring Onion (serves 2-3). This recipe uses creamy gorgonzola. Use about half as much if you have piccante gorgonzola. 200g finely chopped spring onions. 2 heaped tablespoons plain flour. 150g gorgonzola cheese cut into small pieces. Half teaspoon mustard powder. A little freshly ground black pepper. Add the milk a bit at a time. Stir slowly over a low heat each time.
