The life and times of a mother of three trying to survive with a little dignaty. Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Enjoying some treats from the ghetto icecream truck. I really haven't posted anything important since February? It started warming up in March and it has just gotten Hotter! The humidity here makes it feel much Hotter than it actually is. Right now at 10:30 PM it is 84 degrees but it feels like the upper 90's. We have used it twice so far and have had a blast everytime! Sooo onward to the Pictures!

You know how we do it in the T-town! Saturday, August 1, 2009. Today started out with the walk around the Temple grounds after breakfast. Lots of flowers and a great view of the Mississippi. After the Temple we made one last visit back to old Nauvoo for a few photo ops and one trip the the trinket store. We also took a tour of Brigham Youngs old house. You know how we do it in the T-town! Tuesday, July 28, 2009. This was at the family meeting / talent show atthe end of the day.I don't know what "talent" Lauren was trying to show everyone but.there you go. This was at the start of the hand cart pull. Every one is smiling because we havent started yet, no is sweating and we aren't dying of thirst. The are no pictures at the end when we returned the carts, because no one cared at that point, it was all about getting a dring and sitting down.

You know how we do it in the T-town! Wednesday, July 29, 2009. Our walking tour of old Nauvoo included a stop at the brick yard the Saints used to make bricks for the old red brick homes. After a short lesson on how the bricks were made we got our mini brick to go and it was on with the tour. This is from the car as we drive past the Nauvoo temple. We pass it at least 4 times a day. This was inside the blacksmith shop where they showed us how the made wagons and wagon wheels along with other things like ...

Our Crazy Little Family! IF YOU HAVE WORRY, YOU DON'T HAVE FAITH AND IF YOU HAVE FAITH, YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY! We had a nice relaxing Easter! The kid's spring break was for a whole 6 days this year! It was fun, we just hung out at the house and watched General Conference! It was really nice! I love when Easter and General Conference are on the same weekend! Hunting Easter eggs in the snow, Fun! Of course the snow was gone by the afternoon). Our new little kitties! Here their a week old!
