Green Acres Trailer Park. Open Lots/Trailers For Sale. Green Acres Trailer Park Rules and Regulations. As safety is a number one priority, all trailers must be equipped with working smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. No unlicensed/uninsured person is allowed to work on propane systems. Each trailer owner must. Insure their unit for fire and liability and show proof of the policy at the start of each season. All trailers coming into the park must have a holding tank. Outstanding accounts after May 31st.

Full service seasonal sites. 75 dock slips (We accommodate boats up to 20' in length). Fenced in playground- NEW playground installed 2014. We offer 2 seasons. Second Friday of May- Thanksgiving weekend. April 15th - November 15th (specific sites only). Fish cleaning hut and freezing service. Chopped firewood for purchase.

Trailer comes with everything you would need for a quick move in including a newer plastic style shed, a full size deck built in 2013 and all furniture and kitchenware. Very clean and bright trailer with lots of storage and good parking.
