This morning I was feeling lazy with cooking, so I chopped up some bacon, sauteed it, and then dumped in a bag of roasted peppers and onions from our last trip to Trader Joe's. No Piece of Paleo Cake. Sunday, June 16, 2013. I haven't blogged in ages. I suppose life got in the way of it, but alas, here I am. Day 16 of my current Whole30 and this is my dinner tonight. You'll want to start by preheating your oven to 400*. Assorted chicken pieces (I used 2 breasts and about 7 thighs). 2 Tbsp chili powder. 1 - Dry chicken with paper towels. 2 - Combine chili powder, cumin and salt. Rub all over your chicken pieces. No Piece of Paleo Cake. Saturday, August 31, 2013. Whole30 Day by Day. Day 23. We had a bit of a sleep in this morning. The little guy hasn't been feeling well and was up all night last night. This morning started with mushroom omelettes and tomatoes from the garden. We weren't incredibly hungry for lunch, so we have some plaeo devils on horseback. Avocado and tomato. I also had a peach when I finished this. Seems small, but it was pretty satisfying and held me over until dinnertime. Visit the Main Page.

No Piece of Paleo Cake. Sunday, April 7, 2013. Burgers and Sweet Potato Fries. Tonight is the first night of another Whole30. My sixth, I think? 160;The chocolate peanut butter ice cream I ate in Vegas almost killed me, so it's certainly time for another month of super-strict eating. This is one of my tried and true meals. The sweet potato fries are actually kind of crispy; of course I say kind of because it's more of a crust that they get on them. But they taste like candy. 2 lbs grass fed beef.

Wednesday, July 31, 2013. I Have To Drink What? This is juicing (smoothie-ing). And this is my experience. Will I become healthier or sick? Will I look younger as I once did 20 years ago or will I look horrible, as if I am in some sort of need of a sandwich or doughnut? Will I ultimately lose weight? More so will I loose the weight I have set as a goal to lose? How worth it is this process going to be I wondered? So day one was tough as nails. Hoping day two goes better is anyone's guess.

Will's Neon Meanie Juice Drink:. Ok, so here's what you'll need for my own concoction which really is just about the same for anyone else's. 3 cups of water (less for a thicker smoothie). 2 stick of celery. That's the base of the drink right there. Now you're going to want to add the following. 1-2 cups of Kale. 6-7 leaves of Iceberg (Romain) lettuce. 2 big handfuls of loose fresh spinach. Now you have all your greens in, let's add some sweetener to this bad boy. 1/2 cup of green grapes. Green And Bear It.

Friday, August 2, 2013. I gotta go, I gotta go! Holy Pee Pee Train Batman did I ever go to the bathroom a lot yesterday! So yesterday I felt like crap. No beating around that bush about it. Today I feel better. But haven't noticed any significant loss of weight yet. I do notice I don't feel so lethargic as I did 4 - 5 days ago and.
