I sold both my horsies but have a TON of tack to get rid of. Do you guys know any good websites to advertise tack on? I have been out of the loop a really long time, but need to move this stuff. Canning veggie mix? - Parrots 101

I'm starting to think about canning instead of freezing, and I'm curious if anyone has experience with canning bird veggies (or canning in general) and what you think of it. Can I use my mother's old pressure cooker? Is there any way to know if everything is successful other than seeing if anything grows in the canned jars or seeing if Kappa gets sick? If I cook everything, will this destroy the nutritional value of it? Got any good resources on canning (preferably online) that you would like to share?

Captive Foraging for Parrots. Let birds be birds. Dead and gone-t.i. This is zoe- 5 yr old demanding sun conure-. I recently picked up a foraging toy for her to keep her occupied when im not around -. Id like to try to make my own foraging toys- the vet suggested buying those little chinese take out boxes or hanging paper cups in the cage stuffing them with whatever. I've been lurking for awhile but haven't seen any posts, so it's nice to meet you all! I've ridden arabians for a lot of my life but they've always been school horses or crosses. I've never been a part of a show circuit. I've loved almost all the arabians I've ridden.
