James was born in June, 1891, the tenth child of Leonard and Eliza Greenbank of Greenhill Farm, Preston Hill, Carngham, near Snake Valley, Victoria, Australia. James's father Leonard, is listed on his birth certificate as a farmer. James's birth would have also brought with it much sadness as Eliza was very ill with stomach cancer and was to pass away within three months of his birth. 27 March 2015 at 06:10. Greenbank Farm B&B holidays in Cartmel. Onto the farm in 2007. The farm is now home to Sandy and Sylvia, Tracey and Rynardt and their young son Bailey as well as approximately 15 Friesian horses ranging from youngstock, broodmares, riding and dressage horses and those used for the carriage driving business. Greenbank Farm is now a busy equestrian centre but although work starts on the farm around 7am every effort is made to keep any noise to a minimum. Both Farm View and Valley View have a mini-fridge.
