THE MICKELSON PERIODIC POST. Bountiful, Utah U.S.A. 17 January, 2009. I used to embarrass the kids (okay, I still do) by stopping and talking to the deer, whether it be in the car or on the street. They really can be pretty, and pretty interesting animals. Now for the Primary part. Kerrie was asked to teach a Primary class. These are pictures of the kids she will have each week. THE MICKELSON PERIODIC POST. Bountiful, Utah U.S.A. 09 June, 2009. JAMIE, THE TEXAS NANNY. I thought I'd share the first pictures we received from Jamie since she left for Keller, Texas last week. She is being nanny for Kerrie's sister, Kristen, for a couple of months. Jamie told Kerrie yesterday that she looked at some pictures while she was there last year, and she was really tan. She told Kerrie that her new goal was to get a great tan again this year! Jamie and the girls. Aren't they cute!

Wednesday, December 29, 2010. May parents traveled up to spend Christmas with us this year. It was our first Christmas visitors ever so we were very excited to see them, and the best part is we didn't have to travel. We had a great time while they were here, a lot of eating, game playing and relaxing. Waiting, waiting and waiting.to open presents. Jordan got boots, clothes, a hat and money. Brit got a backpack, boots, clothes and money. Mom and Dad got their knife. Me and my dad having a solitaire war.

Friday, July 30, 2010. One of the days while in Kanab, we spent the day at Pondersa Resort. It is nice place to swim and play miniature golf. It was a beautiful day. Tayson going down the short slide. Hanging out in the sun. Jess Brit and Tayson sliding. The boys, working on thier tans. Our pretty toes from our pedicures. Golfing is Tayson's favorite thing to do. Friday, March 26, 2010. Brandon has forced me to blog by promising the many people he emailed about my Birthday that I would post the results on my blog so here I am. The birthday wishes totaled - over 100. It was so fun sitting down and reading all the wishes that were sent through email and facebook, it made my whole day! Thank you everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday! These are the roses I got from my Kindergartners. Since I am dieting he surprised me with a special cake just for me.

Tuesday, June 29, 2010. For girls camp each year we go to a ranch over by Seattle owned by the church called Ensign Ranch. We usually stay in cabin type houses but this year we were in the tee pees. We were a little worried with our weather being so rainy lately, but they did great. It did rain one afternoon and a few beds got wet, but we all survived. Girls camp was as always was such a special experience with a perfect combination of fun and spiritual. Looking though the trees at one of the camps.

We ended up with about 30 pounds of grapes off our grape vines so we decided that we better do something with them instead of letting them go to waste so we made grape jam.
