JOTTINGS FROM THE fARM. Last fall we introduced Kathadin Sheep to our farm. The Kathadin is a breed of domestic sheep developed in Maine. The Kathadin is bred primarily for meat, shed their winter coats and do not have to be sheared. Our flock is currently small. We are hopeful the ewes will give birth this spring to grow our flock.
