Making coffee, eating a healthy breakfast w/blueberries. Work out clothes on, sneakers on-leaving house. Tina is going away for a bit so I got blessed with Saturday (LEGS) and Today (UPPERBODY).yahoooooo! While my legs felt sore from yesterday, my upperbody got beat up! I’ll be good…PROMISE! I’m wiped out so i will make this quick.LOL. SO today we did 40 min and just legs.i burned 219 calories! Tomrrow is more training and i’ll see how much i will burn.LOVE this toy! Just another WordPress.com site. It was a Western type of day. June 12th Food. I did not like this cereal very much. It tasted like flavorless bran and I like Bran! I think I might replace this cereal next time for the Frosted Oats. Southwestern Chicken with Rice. I liked this dish. It had rice, corn, beans and chicken. It was full of spices and went well with the salad. I think next time I might make a salad and use the dish as a topping. . Sorry this one is short and to the point! Y’all have a good day!

Instead of back tracking three days (I think it has been three days. I will post the ones I did not like and my favorite item for this week, so far. Mashed Potatoes and Beef. Now the items I liked! It does not beat the Turkey Burger but it is good. Cookies ‘n Cream Cheesecake. I can not say much about this except for I loooved it. It was better than the Triple Choc...

Just another WordPress.com site. It’s been a while. Sorry it has been a few days since I have posted. I have been so very busy with school and work. The good news is though I found out I lost 2 lbs! I did have some hummus today but kept it to a very minimal, only a tablespoon or so but it was yummy. Anyway, as I said before I am down another 2 lbs. so that is great! Let’s keep this going!
