I knew I'd been gone for a while but hadn't realized my last post was in February. Probably the worst case of Cabin Fever/SAD I've had in my life. Still unemployed. Many resumes have gone out and I've had a couple of interviews. But none of them got past the first round. But I keep trying. Okay, nothing happening but I still felt like it was a success. Seems I made it past the Gatekeeper afterall. So with spring finally here I'm feeling good enough to actually write a post and talk to people.

I probably would have been one earlier, since it had become such a fad, but I personally hate to do anything because it’s a fad, so I had to find my own reasons. And the more I learned about the environmental impact of meat. So, having spent the summer on a small-scale organic farm, raising pigs and lambs for meat, and chickens for eggs, I took on a project for myself. Turkeys! 1 week old chicks, exploring their new home.
