I have to admit that it is not the best looking vegetable around, but don’t be put off by it knotted and gnarly looks. Its flavour is well worth giving it a go. Celeriac assists with maintaining optimal health and weight loss. It is high in Vitamin C and K, potassium, fibre and Vitamin B6. Serves: 4 as a side dish. 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard. Juice 1/2 a lemon. Handful of parsley, finely cut. Salt and pepper to taste.

How to start the day right. May 12, 2016 5:24 pm. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, especially when I have my homemade Banana Granola on hand. It is gluten and dairy free deliciousness without the added sugar, preservatives, salt etc that you find in shop bought cereals. I like to have mine with almond milk or cashew nut yogurt. Who doesn’t love donuts? The pins reminded me that mum had a Ronson donut maker in her pantry. I had to make these donuts! I borrowed the donut maker and, much to my disappointment, the donut maker didn’t quite work for me – the batter got stuck. And cleaning the appliance was a nightmare. Bugger! 2 large eggs (100g).
