We hit the holidays hard this year. As Michael put it tonight, "I feel like we just sprinted a holiday marathon.". We're exhausted, but happy. Kellan is really talking up a storm. He's catching on to so many words, we can hardly keep up! Here are the ones most recently added to his repertoire:. Elmo (sounds kinda like "Melmo"). Santa's workshop sure was busy on Christmas Eve. Once a certain someone was all snug in his bed, a couple of very tired elves worked their fingers to the bone putting the final touches on the sweet retro kitchen you see here. Thanks to a last minute delivery from one of Santa's suppliers, the elves had all the parts and pieces they needed to turn the pile of boards into a shiny surprise. We huckled, and then we huckled some more. After our failure to gather a single morel mushroom a few months ago, I was really hoping to be redeemed through the huckleberry harvest this summer. Friday, August 27, 2010. Poke Free for Two Weeks. My acupunturist called and canceled my Wednesday appointment. He said he hasn't been this sick in years! So, I haven't had a treatment for two weeks now and I'm going on a week with no herbs. I'm feeling things in my abdomen. Not pain really. Maybe I'm feeling myself ovulate? Monday, August 23, 2010. Look Out World, I'm Hitting Snooze and Beef - The Gateway Meat. My first morning of getting back on track. Alarm went off at 6:30, I rolled over Sydney and turned it off. Monkey blanket for a little monkey. S birthday gift to Kellan and it's adorable! Kellan loves it.
