No Chinnooks here, but the Weather has been pretty crazy.Aside from the shovelling (that we haven't had to do for the past 4 years) we've managed to make the best of it-. Hiking with Nanny Lawless. I swear the hold was unintentional. A 300 foot vert. mountain. Mom claims she was in control. Finn in the penalty box again. What better in minus 15 deg. than a stroll at the beach? Thursday, August 13, 2009. We were in Canmore for the past few days just biking, playing road hockey, going for little hikes and hanging out in the coffee shops waiting for the rain to stop. Once the rain stopped. off to the playground. Finn just doesn't stop running. Unless he's posing for the camera. And he's off again. The burly mountain man. Off to the slide. Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Gotta love this kid! We're having a great time with the little guy these days. I was so glad to have Heady and Quinn back home after a week away. Friday, July 01, 2011. Returned to a terrible week of cold weather the sun finally came out and it almost felt like summer. Every spring, I still question why we live here. No palm trees or ocean, but pine trees and splash pool will do just fine. Q was so happy to keep his Mom around, she hasn't cracked a book since the exam. High 5s for sure! Thursday, December 9, 2010. Disneyworld - Part 1. We were fortunate to have my parents and Kyle's parents accompany us to Disneyworld after his race in Clearwater. Finn and Will were so excited to see Goofy and Mickey that their enthusiasm rubbed off on us all. I loved all the rides but Kyle had to psych himself up to go on the Merry-Go-Round as he gets nauseous just looking at a spinning strawberry. He definitely took one for the team at Magic Kingdom! Bring on the spins. Will is telling "yee-haw!
