The Morriss Family: November 2010
http://themorrissfamily.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 2, 2010. Benson actually fell asleep in my arms on the way there. His finger soaked an entire burpcloth - those really thick white ones. When we got there I was surprised the ER was completely empty. They got us into an exam room and the bleeding had stopped enough to get a good look. So gross. It was sliced more than 3/4 thru. So guess what, we had to help hold him down. Anyone that has had their kid get an IV totally gets that its the saddest thing ever! Monday, November 1, 2010.

The Morriss Family: October 2009
http://themorrissfamily.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 31, 2009. We had a pretty fun Halloween this year. I've noticed it's alot easier to get Aaron to do things if I can convince him its for Tyler's enjoyment, not mine :) We made it to the pumpkin patch 3 times (Aaron went twice! And had a blast riding the tractor, looking at the animals, and sitting on a few pumpkins. I had fun carving our pumpkin - thanks to Tory letting us come over so I wouldn't have to do it alone. I think it turned out pretty dang good. Tuesday, October 27, 2009.

The Morriss Family: April 2010
http://themorrissfamily.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 30, 2010. Has anyone else's kid had a mini meltdown because they thought Mater from Cars was broken? Tyler was playing with his little toy cars from the movie and he was so upset that Mater was "missing" a headlight. All he kept saying was "find it" "missing circle." - for like half an hour. Just my OCD kid? That's what I thought. Saturday, April 3, 2010. Note to Self *-*-*. And anyone else that enjoys tanning to be warm and completely alone. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Morriss Family: The November, December and some January recap!
http://themorrissfamily.blogspot.com/2011/02/november-december-and-some-january.html
Thursday, February 3, 2011. The November, December and some January recap! So many times our old farmer friends have told us about their cabin(s) but somehow never figured out a time we could all go. We finally had a chance. We had a late start because Aaron had to work but we drove the 2 and a half hours just past McCall where we were meeting Mike. Because it's waay up in the mountains, the only way to get there is by snowmobile. Or this:. It was cool seeing only a couple inches of the other street signs.

Harding/Hileman Hooligans: October 2009
http://hhhooligans.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 22, 2009. The leaves had long since blown away, but their impressions were still evident in the concrete canvas. I started wondering what kind of impressions I make on those around me and what that looks like. Realizing that the leaves' impressions were fleeting and would fade as the moisture evaporated, I wondered, too, how long the impressions I make will last. I asked myself. "Am I capable of receiving impressions? Seasons and transformations.beautiful to behold. Under the watchful e...

It was nice to have another excuse to get out of town. He was married in SLC. I have been taking a photography class, however, I am still terrible at it. Someday I will get better, but I enjoyed taking random pictures while I was there. Clarke and Jessica- the beautiful bride and groom. Corinne (Loren's sister) and Greg.

The Short Family: Oh Give Me A Home Where the Buffalo Roam...
http://lorenandconnieshort.blogspot.com/2008/07/oh-give-me-home-where-buffalo-roam.html
Monday, July 07, 2008. Oh Give Me A Home Where the Buffalo Roam. We finally experienced a family vacation that doesn't involve going to visit family. We visited Yellowstone National Park for the first time ever. We had so much fun. My niece Andrea and her family invited us to stay at her husband's family's cabin. We haven't been able to see them very often so it was really nice to catch up! After looking at some of our pictures I think my kids put on a few pounds eating the buns too! The water level was ...

Harding/Hileman Hooligans: January 2010
http://hhhooligans.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 9, 2010. Today we took our three indoor-only kitties and black lab to the vaccination clinic at Zamzow's. As we loaded the kitties into their carriers, two of the three began to yowl before we even left the house. Cutie, Joey's Maine Coon mix tabby cat, curled up in the bottom of the carrier and went to sleep. She had plenty of room in the biggest carrier (since she is the fattest of the three). The look on her face was so funny! Remembering the gripe/gift aspect that I am trying to pro...
