Friday, December 18, 2009. Sawyer's visit to Santa. Sawyer got to see Santa twice this week! His first visit was at our local mall, where interestingly enough, depending on the time you visit, you can see a white Santa or a black Santa. We were there on a Wednesday, so the line wasn't too long. Here is a shot of Sawyer and I waiting in line. He did such a good job! Here are a few Greg took. Sawyer had to check Santa out at first. Then he got comfy and smiled for us. Yep, it's my dad!

Thursday, September 9, 2010. Sawyer's Big Boy Truck Bed. Because they look tough and would likely be used on a safari. This is the license plate on his truck. A quick update on Meli-she had an ultrasound last Wednesday, and it was estimating that the baby weighed in at about 8 pounds already. They have scheduled her for a C-section on the 21st, but they will let her labor if he decides to come before then. They will do another ultrasound on the 17th, to check on him again. Thats seriously awesome, Greg!

Saturday, November 15, 2008. I can't believe my baby is almost 3 weeks old! We took him to the doctor for his first appointment the Monday after he was born. He gained back almost all of the weight he lost while in the hospital. They wanted to be sure he would continue to gain weight, so they asked me to bring him in for a weight check that Thursday. Koos' first Christmas. I think he loved the wrapping paper and ribbon the most. We bundle up and take lots of walk outside. New found love of swinging! Koos' hair is getting longer and crazier. This is Koos' new favorite mode of transportation. He cruising around in this thing at lightening speed. I hide little toys for him to find through out the house. Koos' face 90% of the day. In upstate New York this past saturday and made quite a fun day of it, with couple of impromptu stops. One being at a lake (Welch) where we took a summer dip.
