Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Being 49 does not seem too old. If you are my kids, well, it is ancient. Today, I will pass the time in solitary confinement. Best to dwell on the present state of my body and mind health. Dwelling on the past is unhealthy and only promotes disease. So off to my cubicle in life.
