How can I put this in words...: April 2007
http://michaelobringer.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
How can I put this in words. Monday, April 30, 2007. So I was thinking alot. This past weekend about the things I need to do logistically before I go to Houston and realized that this experience is going to be not only challenging from the teaching perspective but from a logistics perspective as well. Before I get into all that I want to just put out there that I really wish I did not have any other responsibilities that relate to college. Then I realized that TFA. Take to Houston back up to Piqua. I am ...

How can I put this in words...: June 2008
http://michaelobringer.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
How can I put this in words. Friday, June 13, 2008. Of course God answered that prayer pretty quickly. I went into the front office and noticed that the guy was a Christian by a ring he had on and a couple of things he had on the back wall. I was silently excited! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Elephant. | Half Write

I’m wrong, but so are you. This post is in response to a question posed by my Pastor on his blog. It took me a long time to write (particularly since I lost the first draft to browser problems), so it’s going to count as an entry for me as well. The question he posed is this:. Do you see any elephants in the room? I am wanting to do a little blog research. I need your help. Mark Batterson, of National Community Church in Washington DC, blogged about some of these issues when he wrote:. Would you take a s...

How can I put this in words...: Back to School
http://michaelobringer.blogspot.com/2008/01/back-to-school.html
How can I put this in words. Sunday, January 6, 2008. It is time to go back to school and begin teaching Algebra and Geometry again. Both classes are still new to me because they are just a continuation of the material I have already taught. I feel like I did the whole first semester. I ask myself "How am I going to do this? I came home on Saturday the 22 nd. 360 with many extras on Ebay. And game work without a hitch. I love you all and I truly mean that! I like being such a big deal in your post :).

The Ruah of God: Spiritual Apathy...
http://theruahofgod.blogspot.com/2009/01/spiritual-apathy.html
Thursday, January 15, 2009. In the course of life, all human beings face issues that challenge them to the very core. I often ask myself what does it mean to be human, and what does it mean to be a Christian. For me, to be fully human means to live out my faith to its full potential each moment of each and every single day. I know sometimes I get that itch to check when I should be doing other things. I personally do not think so. Yet it does not stop them. Chaplain Jeremy L. Evans. 01/03 - 01/10 (1).

The Ruah of God: When Life Doesn't Come Easy....
http://theruahofgod.blogspot.com/2009/03/when-life-doesnt-come-easy.html
Sunday, March 1, 2009. When Life Doesn't Come Easy. Here's where I get honest. Have you ever hit a wall? Have you ever prayed like you were repeating the Word, or praying as if it were an empty religious mantra? Do you your words ever feel like empty vessels, drifting nowhere? Did it get you through the adversity or did it seem shallow or insincere. Has life ever put you into conflict with your personal theology or doctrinal beliefs? Psalm 77:3-5 (New International Version). I was too troubled to speak.
