Monday, September 2, 2013. I tried dried salmon last Friday. It was delicious! It was never cooked. Instead it was caught, filleted, hung up to dry, and taken down to eat. There is just one problem (besides most of the power not working). There is no light in the bathroom and no windows. I can't really use a regular flashlight in the shower.
