Time to build and not Look back! Note: This is my first day of a 7-day muscle-gaining program, 5 days High calorie 2.5 days low calorie. The workout felt great! I went light enough on some and heavy on others. Arm is bothering me still on the curls. Body Hit: Full Body. Workout: all sets and reps minus warm up.

Greg Saxton is a freelance filmmaker, writer and script doctor. Based in Manchester, UK, he has an MA in Scriptwriting and a background in live theatre and performance. Greg has written both short and feature-length screenplays. His first short film, Gone (which he also directed), was shot on location in Los Angeles in June 2013. He has two more shorts scheduled for production in 2015. The Renata Road, a feature film which Greg worked on as a co-writer, is currently in post-production.
