The charity I will be riding in aid of is called Facing Africa , an international charity concerned with the prevention and cure of the disease Noma. The disease attacks the vital functions of the face, stopping the victim from being able to eat, breath, or even see fully. The Bike

The bike I will be riding on my trip has been custom built from by. In Horsham, who specialise in building to order. The core of the bike is a Bronx RX 1000T, which is essentially an unbranded version of the Dawes Galaxy. I have carbon fibre front forks fitted to make the front end lighter, giving a better weight distribution when I have front panniers fitted. I also have ‘Profile Jammer GT’ handlebar attachments, giving me an alternative hand position. 2L Hydration Bladder (Spare). Cycling Bib Shorts x3.
