Ive also been known to say that complete honesty is overrated if it will only cause pain and trouble. So why was I doing this? Am I so selfish and thoughtless to cause both of us pain just because I couldnt carry my burden anymore? And what about the burden? But what is trust? Is trust the absence of doubt? Sunday, March 10, 2013. I am always trying to cook with ingredients that are in season, because they taste better. Grapefruit is in season now, and soo yummy. I am obsessed. Rather than just eating them plain, I made up this non traditional yogurt parfait. There really isn't an exact recipe, but here is how I did it. About 1/2 Cup of Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt.
