Our second walk of the (shortened) half-term week with the Prentices. Parked up on the minor road near Goosewell Farm just off the A66. A couple of short sections of road and we gained the open fell north-east of Tewet Tarn - a possible contender for the smallest named tarn in the Lake District? One more Wainwright ticked off for the kids - 37 done!

But we didn't want to waste the weekend completely so Prentices and Lannons offed up to Keswick for the weekend. Saturday dawned mixed but dry, and I liked the look of this loop up over Allen Crags and Glaramara which was also short enough that the kids would (hopefully) enjoy it.
