The new tile looks great and when the sun is bright the water actually looks blue! We didn't resurface the pool this year, but we may paint it blue next year. Pressure washing the deck gave us hope that it was not a complete loss! See previous post.). Due to many years of neglect, some of surface area was chewed up and had a felted texture after pressure washing. This is not good for bare feet. splintery! He quickly counter sunk all the nails. Just have the lagoon and one skimmer left to complete. Health issues and appointments have slowed us down this week, but we're still on schedule to fill the pool this weekend. Yippee! I used some left over bamboo flooring from our den as the backing for the numbers and then created a black wood frame. I think the effect is quite nice. So now everyone knows - we put in bamboo flooring in the den, and it looks amazing!
