Saturday, July 6, 2013. And I had my 9 month post op appt. last week. ( #aclreconstruction ). Today I ran 8 miles! My farthest to this point was a 10K. And the last 1-2 miles I started having some knee discomfort, but not too bad and I pushed on. My goal was to return to soccer in August. This won't happen, and probably will be late fall/winter. I am just starting to focus on jumping in PT (plyometrics) and will hopefully start doing cutting/pivoting. Gretchen A. McNally. Saturday, July 06, 2013.

Thursday, August 29, 2013. Just had my 11 month ACL visit! Yesterday I had my 11 month ACL visit with my surgeon- a little early, but all the same. Before it I had an ISO(kinetic) test to test the strength in my quads and hamstring of both legs. This was test #3. And I really did not care what the outcome was.
