Monday, June 25, 2012. June 21st Almost home! Monday, June 18, 2012. My arms are still scarred from that walk! So much for my luck! Fortunately I didn’t wear too many clothes since Hawa’s home and got the situation under control once in Iringa! The next morning I boarded a 5:45 bus and said goodbye to Mbeya. In part two I will tell you about my time in Iringa and my first tasting of ice cream! I ended up running through bush trails around the resort…so much for leaving the village life!

Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Every day I water the garden and yell at the primary school children to stay out of my yard. This morning they came with their hoes hacking away at everything until I scared them off. :-). Today, I am in Isoko charging up my laptop while Lindsay works on repairing all the computers in the hospital. The scan came back that there were 2000 infected files! I am just enjoying the free ride to Isoko and the electricity that comes with it. Have a great week! January 8th (part three).

Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Destruction of panya 2. April 17th (part 2) This week has been very interesting. It started with no rain and gorgeous days of sun shine. My garden grew really nice while I was away and continued throughout the week. I can’t eat the food from it fast enough! I have been waking up all week to him eating in the kitchen. Each day I have made new discoveries to which food he likes to eat. You would think triple bagging food would be enough to deter the scent! Monday, April 23, 2012.
