I don't get out much anymore, so facebook, email, and the telephone keep me connected with friends and family. I'm still sewing for people. A Void In You. Sunday, February 22, 2009. I have started using Facebook. It is likely to be my doom. I knitted a murloc, from this pattern. For a friend's birthday. The pattern itself seems to have quite a few errors in it (miscounting stitches, wrong row numbers, etc.) but I think it turned out okay. I wasn't entirely happy with the legs and will probably try and make another murloc with the leftover yarn so I can try and fix the pattern a bit more to my liking. You are still alive! Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Where did May go. It has been so cold and wet around here with flood watches all over the state. I've been hunkered down waiting for it to warm up that all of May slipped by with little memory of nice days. This last Monday we went and got one of our broodmares with her foal Bunny which has been now officially nicknamed Maggie. Here she is now a little over a month old. Enjoy :). AND look green grass! Well off to work and the wheel lines. (that is a post all by itself someday).
