To celebrate 100 years of ANZAC Grey Main has placed 30 white crosses by the office entry at the front of our school they represent the 30-40 men and one women who died in WW1 there is one nurse and one unknown soldier these men and women all went to Grey Main school. They sacrificed them self's for our freedom they have made us very proud. On the sign by the crosses it says Honoring New Zealanders who died in WW1. Mrs O also set up display of WW1 and WW2 tools and equipment.
