The Grey Nomad Segals. 8230;ONCE MORE AROUND THE BLOCK. Our Big, Fat, Greek Holiday. It all sounds like Greek to me. Today seems to have heralded the onset of winter and on our last day we capitulated and rummaged through our luggage to find our overcoats in order to survive the arctic winds on the “hop on, hop off” bus around Athens, the sun did finally condescend to appear at around 6pm just in time to get some lovely photos of the Parthenon. As we sailed by snow-capped mountains and huge icebergs and were captivated by the cute penguins and seals, we both commented that this was the highlight of our holiday. Until the cruise terminated upon our arrival in Buenos Aires and we flew to the Iguazu Falls and then we said. Was the highlight of our holiday. But then, on the return leg of our journey, we flew to Santiago and took a tour of the Andes and saw the majestic Condors and then we said.
