Wednesday, December 19, 2007. Here is a recipe that a great friend, Marion shared with Chris and I. She made it for us when we visited her and her husband, Don last week. She used ground turkey instead of ground beef, served it with french bread slices and butter and it was DELICIOUS! WE hope you all enjoy! 1 lb ground meat. 4 cups hot water. 1 can beef broth. 1 can tomatoes or six whole fresh tomatoes. 2 teas. salt. 1/2 teas. pepper. 1 or more clove garlic. 1 cup cut up celery. 1 cup chopped onions.
