Tuesday morning in Luzern brought us an unexpected riverside farmers market – right next to our hotel. We shopped for local cheeses and a few other prizes after a full Swiss breakfast of brown bread and croissants, local cheeses, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, and for me- ham and other unfamiliar yet delightful pork products. Luzern is having a hot summer – it reached 85 yesterday but it’s supposed to cool off today.
