Sunday, July 28, 2013. Saturday morning - La Sirena still watching over her. My mother was born Dorothy Marie Harvey in Sealy, Texas - July 27, 1936. Yesterday, Saturday she would have been 77 years old. She was just 17 when I was born on July 2nd - 3 weeks later she turned 18. Monday, January 6, 2014. Saturday morning I decided I was going to take on the hills that surround the San Fernando Valley that are easily accessible to me. I had seen a sign that indicated the trail to the Santa Susana Stagecoach Pass was less than a mile from where I live. I had my son Chris get on Google Earth and checked it out. Sure enough, the trail was clear and off I went. Leslie, Bob, Steve, Sue, Thomas, Jess, Paul, Martin, Mathew, David, Mark and Me. Me and Jessica checking out the awesome view.
