At Home with the Thompsons. Friday, August 13, 2010. Kids' first trip to Las Vegas (Emily was beyond tired and grumpy for a photo-op). Because of where I chose to park, we got to see A LOT. Of Casesar's Palace statues. Maybe too many. Statues at the Luxor. Some of the kids were in posing moods. Others - not so much! Milo was one of those posers! So happy to have one of everyone, even if not everyone is happy! I was so excited to hang out at the pool after spending most of the day. My Hard Working Hubby.

At Home with the Thompsons. Sunday, July 18, 2010. Seems like just yesterday that Milo was this tiny baby. Then he was this baby - learning to smile. And then this baby - sitting up. He's not a baby anymore! He'll be FOUR in September! The reason I'm blogging about him. He gave his first talk in Primary today! I was so excited! But then I was sad because his dad and his best buddy, Max had to miss it. Would it be horrible of me to ask the Primary presidency if he can do it again next week? I am so bummed...

Because I Said So. Following the exciting life and times of Derek, Carly, Mason, Reese and Maddox. August 21, 2010. Anyway, we had a photo shoot last week for the kids. I would love to say it went great, but the kids were HORRIBLE. So busy and couldn't sit still. Our photographer, Morgan, did an amazing job regardless and captured some amazing shots of the kids. Because I Said So. Following the exciting life and times of Derek, Carly, Mason, Reese and Maddox. May 5, 2010. We were able to go to our first Mariners game of the year a couple weekends ago. We left Maddox with Grandma and took the older two. They were so good and we only had to go potty once. Mason can sit through a whole game with out getting up, well except to dance like a crazy man to try and get on the big screen. That boy LOVES attention! T-ball - round 1. 32 1/4 " (80%). 23 lbs 7.5 ozs (30%).

Because I Said So. Following the exciting life and times of Derek, Carly, Mason, Reese and Maddox. June 9, 2010. Bye Bye Baby Curls. I knew this day would come. Derek has been bugging me for months to get Maddox's hair cut and I finally caved. Probably because it was a hot mess every morning and I was tired of bathing him just to tame his hair! He did so great while she cut his hair and I think he looks so handsome. I get startled every time he walks in the room! It's so different but so cute!

Mason had a very LEGO Christmas. Got everything she asked for and more! Pretty new to all of this and went with the flow. He was happy with his little people ramp and eating all the chocolate he could his little hands on! They were SO excited! He is totally into cheesy. Face smile right now! He made this face a lot! I love that ...

Because I Said So. Following the exciting life and times of Derek, Carly, Mason, Reese and Maddox. November 8, 2010. Doesn't he look sooo old? I can't believe how much he is growing! It is so exciting watching Mason learn to read! He is catching on fast and we get so excited when he can read a whole book with out help! WAY TO GO MASON! Daddy had a meeting tonight so we splurged and bought pizza! I know, not the healthiest for these little bodies, but every once and a while we need some pizza!
