These were good too. Crispy and papery thin. Fried bananas in rum and lightly coated in sugar. White rose. Another dish typical of Hoi An. A variation of fried spring rolls. Rice ravioli with beef. Some fried spring rolls and a pineapple shake by the beach. Street food, regardless of its origins, always tastes so good.
