We have an anthem. In which I’m lucky enough to be mentioned in the line “you can kick Andy’s ass”. The 1/4 Ironman in Sierakow gave me great opportunity to live up to that line! Yes they can …. Newer posts →. I remember telling myself that I would NEVER run a marathon. It’s too long, I don’t have the time to dedicate to the training required, I’d never be committed enough to doing it. These were some of the reasons that made me tell myself that. On Sunday 25th March 2012 I got halfway there (at the Warsaw half-marathon. And the surprising thing is … I really enjoyed it. On course to complete the Warsaw half-marathon in under 1:30:00. A happy support group for people with a multi-sport problem.

Scary Motivation →. If you could just twist my arm …. It’s been a while since my last post and I was planning to write about my flexibility and have a few links to some stretching exercises I’ve been doing on a daily basis and especially after running. I started getting swimming lessons last year and the instructor was also amazed by stiff shoulders and gave me some stretching exercises to do which has helped a bit, but I’m honestly not doing them enough.
