Indeed, my final lines of my last post were, who knows what tomorrow will bring and today brought quite an eventful today! I received a phone call from Les Mills Asia Pacific, now when I saw the number come up on my phone I was a little concerned for a moment as to why they would be calling, but I soon found out they were ringing to tell me I had a won a workshop gold pass as a result of my feedback from the last workshop!

Just taught my usual classes and managed to really put my back out (the hard floor at the Sydney workshop did me no justice at all) so I am hanging out for the chiro on Wednesday. Just seems right eh, end of the financial year, I've just come back from the physio who treated both my knee and my shoulder, both niggling little injuries that have been bugging me this week (although I actually did my shoulder from doing too much too soon in my PT sessions *g*) Ah well.
