Furniture and household goods for those in need in West Wiltshire. Bob tells his story of why he became a volunteer and what he gets out of it . Group 5 staff are all unpaid volunteers who give of their free time to help those less fortunate. Some volunteers offer a few hours a week, some more than this. Should you wish to volunteer please telephone us. There are a number of volunteering opportunities available. Helping with furniture collection and delivery. Where appropriate full training is provided.

Manintenance and running costs of our van is one of our biggest expenses. To access our service you need to be referred by another organisation or person in an official capacity who is able to confirm you are a person in need and unable to afford to purchase your own furniture. For example another charity, social worker, health visitor, CAB, women's refuge, etc. Referrals are generally taken by phone. 2011 Group 5, Registered charity no: 1037024.

Furniture and household goods for those in need in West Wiltshire. We will accept donations of furniture and household goods that are in a good condition, see the furniture. Page for more information. As many of our customers live in small flats and apartments we are unable to accept very large items. If you wish to donate some items call us on 01225 764849. To arrange for one of our drivers to visit. We will check the items and collect them at the same time. Please do not drop off any items at our depot.
